This kareoke machine has got it all. The lights, the sound, the fact that it stands up and is easy to store and most importantly that’s it’s easy to use!
Unfortunately the first one we bought was faulty but it was quickly refunded and another was sent out to us within a couple of days. Very good customer service - thank you. We are now enjoying our Vocal Star Kareoke machine! Highly recommend as it’s portable too!

Brought this item for parties we use it alot our granddaughter loves it plays on it every time she comes. Is well worth the money there's also a wide range of songs which you can get off YouTube. Would definitely recommend this product it's amazing love it love it.

Although this was expensive, it was cheaper than similar products. It’s quality is good, we connect via Bluetooth to phone or iPad, and play lots of karaoke off YouTube. We have had so much fun with this over the holidays.
The microphones take batteries AA, and the speaker itself is charged with a usb lead which comes with it.

VST200 had this in my man cave excellent sound & party lights effects then took it our friends house for a birthday party so light and easy to carry had a great time with the karaoke streamed from my laptop via vocal star on YouTube certainly a good bit of kit only thing it could do with was a remote Control apart from that would recommend for house parties and definitely your man cave cheers Gordon

Straight out of the box this compact but very loud karaoke machine is so much fun. The disco lights shine up onto the ceiling and will be great for my next karaoke party. The sound quality is excellent, very loud and clear and the wireless mics are perfect and automatically connect to the system - no tripping up on cables! The size is also perfect for storing away when not in use. Great fun and highly recommended! Would make a perfect birthday present! I connected my music via bluetooth and the iPad. Long charge (several hours) as well if not plugged into the mains.

The VS-T200 is a fabulous piece of kit. Very simple to setup, just connect it to your Bluetooth device and off you go. Microphones take 2 AA batteries each.The unit has a master volume control and a separate microphone and echo control. The effect gate on the echo I'd great and allows a wide range of control.Aux cable is a great idea if you have a laptop or other audio device. For a laptop you can even play their YouTube channel out to a TV and the audio to the T200 if your TV doesn't support Bluetooth connections.The lighting effects are really quite good for a home environment both in a dark and light room.This has great use beyond just karaoke too as the usb input let's you just play out the audio with the lights so it could be a great all in one party unit in a corner - with the bonus of doing dual microphone karaoke later.The Microphones do seem fairly robust but are solid plastic in construction. They have a decent audio field not too narrow or wide and there was no feedback even using them close to the unit at a loud volume.The speakers produce a nice sound for the units size.The T200 is also really light so is super portable and will fit easily in a car. The charge gave a good few hours of performance too.Overall a fantastic bit of kit and great value for money.

My microphone will not connect
Please switch the unit and microphone off. Check batteries are in the wireless microphone and than the cables are connected corrected on the cabled microphone. Turn the main unit on, followed by the microphone/s. Check the master volume and microphone volume is turned up. If it is still not working, complete the contact us form for further support.
The sound is low / no sound
When connected via Bluetooth the sound is controlled by your Vocal-Star product, but also the device you have connected to the Vocal-Star product (Phone, TV, Tablet ect). You will find that by turning up the volume on your connected device, that this will also increase the volume on your Vocal-Star product.
My Bluetooth will not connect
This is a very common issue which is almost always because another device is already connected. The Vocal Star product can only be connected to one device at a time, so if you connect one device (eg your phone) and then try to connect another device (eg your iPad) it will not work, you first need to go into the Bluetooth settings on your first device and disconnect from the Vocal Star product.
My microphones are cutting out
The first thing to try when wireless microphones are having problems is to change the batteries, batteries do not last long in microphones because of the type of signal they are sending so changing the batteries often solves the problem. Please ensure to use good quality "alkaline" batteries rather than rechargeable. Even if the microphone is coming on, there might not be enough power to reliably transmit audio.
My battery is not holding charge for very long
You will need to charge the product when it is not in use. Using lights and bluetooth will drain the battery faster, as will the volume you are using the product at. Recharge your batteries before they are completely dead. Not letting it die completely will extend the battery lifespan. If you are preparing to store your batteries for a period of time, make sure you do so at half charge. Unlike other types of batteries that need to be recharged throughout their storage time, lithium batteries do better at 40%-50% DOD (depth of discharge). Batteries will reduce in performance over time and use. It is important to follow the advice on looking after and maintaining batteries.
