Making a purchase with Vocal Star could not be easier, simply browse our product range and add any products you with to your basket. When you have finished, we will require a few details, such as your contact information. You will then be asked to select a payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and cheque or postal order. Customers who would prefer to pay over the phone are kindly requested to call us on 01202 670929.  You can even come in and make a purchase in our showroom.


All Vocal Star Ltd products are of the best quality and are checked prior to delivery to ensure they are in good working order



Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods purchased (or last good, lot or piece if it relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) or from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of services or digital content not supplied in a tangible medium (e.g. CD or DVD).

You must inform of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by completing this form. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item via our return centre.

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Note that you must send back the goods by following the instructions available below no later than 14 days from the day on which us you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).  We offer reduced rates of shipping including; collection from the customer and delivery to Vocal-Star.  We will also deduct the actual cost of sending the parcel to you in the first instance.  In cases where we offered free delivery on the order, we will deduct the actual shipping costs we incurred to the get order to you.  


The right of cancellation does not apply to:

  • the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery including karaoke discs;
  • the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  • the supply of digital content (including karaoke downloads etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
  • Goods have been used for more than 20 minutes (Vocal-Star Karaoke Machines contain a XST Smart Chip, which tells us the total running time that each karaoke machine has been used to sing to.  If this exceeds acceptable use to demo the unit, no refund will be given).


  • Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Vocal-Star provides you with the following voluntary returns guarantee:
  • All products from Vocal-Star can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products to Vocal-Star if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. For shrink-wrapped and/or sealed data media (for example CDs, audio cassettes, VHS videos, DVDs, PC and video games and software) this means that we only take back the products in the unopened shrink wrap film or with an undamaged seal. The products are to be returned by compleying the form by Clicking Here and raising a returns number. This voluntary returns guarantee does not apply to digital products or software which are not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD).
  • If you return products according to this voluntary returns guarantee, we will refund to you the purchase price already paid by you. Likewise the transport risk and return costs are borne by you. This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.


If you purchase an item and it has arrived damaged, faulty, has items missing or is not working correctly you are entitled to a replacement product.  Vocal-Star must be notified within 14 days of the delivery.  Please complete the form by Clicking Here in the first instance and we will ensure that the item is configured and set up correctly. Please note, we will not be able to offer a refund after 14 days. Vocal-Star Karaoke Machines contain a XST Smart Chip, which tells us the total running time that each karaoke machine has been used to sing to.  If this exceeds acceptable use to demo the unit, no refund will be given.

Please note we will not be liable or responsible for incompatibility with any third party equipment. 


Please note our one year warranty is applicable to genuine Vocal-Star products.  Microphones, remote controls, cables and so forth are all considered exempt from warranty.  Warranty will begin from the date of delivery of an item.

In order to make a warranty claim, in the first instance, please complete the form by Clicking Here.  We will need the original order details, a detailed description of the issue and supporting photographs.

If you are eligible for a warranty return, we will either repair or replace the product. Please note items misused will not be repaired or replaced. The cost to return an item and the redelivery of an item will be at the customers cost.  We do offer low cost collection and redelivery options.  These included;

-       Collection and redelivery (£12.99)

-       Collection (£6.99)

-       Delivery (£6.99)


-       CD’S/DVD’S/Discs where the seal has been broken.

-       Products that have been used to a degree where they are no longer considered new.  All Vocal-Star Karaoke Machines contain a XST Smart Chip, which tells us the total running time that each karaoke machine has been used to sing to.  If this exceeds acceptable use to demo the unit, no refund will be given.


In all instances, please initially contact us by completing the form by Clicking Here.  You may be given a returns authorization number and form to complete. The form must be included with the returned package. This speeds up the process our end. All goods returned to us must be returned suitably packaged and supported (in the manner it was upon receipt from Vocal Star in the first instance). 


Vocal-Star offer customers a free 'Take Back' on their old Karaoke equipment (EEE). This is done on a like-for-like basis. For example, if a customer purchases a new Karaoke Machine from us they can only return an old Karaoke Machine back. The customer has 28 days in which to return the old item to you. If the item was purchased online, the customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred returning it.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin


Vocal Star will not be held liable for any third party claims or loss of earnings due to late delivery or failure of the products. These would be circumstances beyond our control and be assured, we will be doing all we can to resolve them
